The Boys Season 4 introduced us to a scientist named Sameer Shah who has been researching the supe killing virus. However, his role in the franchise is not just limited to it, he plays a much bigger role in the grand plan. Here, find out who is Sameer Shah, played by Omar Abtahi, in The Boys.
Sameer Shah Is the Father of Victoria’s Daughter Zoey
As mentioned in The Boys Season 4, Sameer Shahhad a relationship with Victoria before her death and he is the father of Zoey. However, the dynamic of the relationship between Victora and Sameer was never fully revealed to us. According to Stan Edgar, Sameer Shah was Edgar’s “Top Man” at the Research and Development wing of Vought but he had an affair with Victoria when she was 20 years old.
Sameer Shah Can Be an Important Link to Killing Homelander
By the end of The Boys Season 4 Episode 5, we see that Victoria thinks Sameer is dead since she found his decapitated leg. However, later it was revealed that Sameer was abducted by Butcher and he cut his leg off to make it seem like the supe sheep killed him. In the presence ofJoe Kessler, Butcher reveals that he is going to make Sameer replicate thesupe-killing virus.
After much persuasion from Butcher, Sameer agrees to do what Butcher had asked of him and creates more of the virus. However, in a desperate attempt to escape, Sameer injects Kimiko with the virus and runs off while Frenchie chops off Kimiko’s leg just in time to save the virus from spreading in her body. Now, that Butcher has killed off Victoria Neuman and has stolen the Supe killing virus, there is a possibility that he might track down Sameer and make him create more of it inThe Boys season 5. However, this is just an assumption so let’s wait and see what happens in Season 5!
