While fans worldwide got to experience Miyazaki’s latest animated marvel, Indian fans weren’t lucky enough. However, our luck has turned around now, as an official announcement for the release of The Boy and the Heron in Indian theatres was made today.

The official account of Warner Bros. India on X (formerly Twitter) announced the Indian release of the latest Ghibli movie earlier today. Hence, it is now confirmed that the Academy Award-winning anime film The Boy and the Heron will be released in the majority of Indian theaters.
