So today, we are here to talk about the best upcoming games that are due to be released in 2024 or even later. Games Releasing in August 2024
As of now,Black Myth: Wukong, an action-adventure soul-like based on the Chinese mythological character Wukong, will launch onAugust 20, 2024, for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X.
The PlayStation-exclusive online shooter Concord will also launch forPC and PS5onAugust 20, 2024. Ubisoft Massive’s Star Wars: Outlaws will launch onAugust 30, 2024, forPC, PlayStation 5,and Xbox Series X/S.
Games Releasing in September 2024
While September 2023 was the month that kicked off the end-of-year launches, it seems developers aren’t yet geared up for September 2024. GSC-developed STALKER 2 gets delayed from September, while the long-anticipated third-person action-adventure sequel to Space Marines is still on track with its release. We are also getting a remake of the cult-classic RTS Age of Mythology by Microsoft. Frostpunk delayed its launch and prepared itself to launch on September 20.
Games Releasing in October 2024
October will welcome Metaphor: ReFantazio, the first original JRPG by ATLUS and SEGA. This will launch for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S on October 11, 2024. A new Terminator survival game will also launch this month for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. Furthermore, October 2024 welcomes Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, the next entry in the long-running first-person shooter.
Games Releasing in November 2024
November welcomes famed game director Keichiro Toyama-led Bokeh Game Studios, introducing their action horror title Slitterhead. And the yearly Assassin’s Creed series is back, welcoming us to Assassin’s Creed Shadows, which takes place in Japan. Additionally, GSC-developed STALKER 2 finally set its release date on November 20, 2024.
